Alternate Career Path
I have recently decided that if I weren't going to be a lawyer, my dream career would be that of "Food Photographer". I've tried to do some basic stuff, but I'm not any good yet. It's hard to get the lighting and angles right, when you're really just drooling over your freshly baked cupcakes...

Those look delicious!
The only photo critique I can offer is to remove the tupperware. Maybe if you shot them on a white plate with some kind of trim?
Also, maybe you could blow out the background more (shine some light on the wall) to make the "pop" against white, or another strong color, rather than the dull gray.
the third picture is hte best.
all photographs look best with natural light, which you probably can see comparing the third vs. the first. it's just so hard to get things to look right unless you're by a window during a sunny day.
